REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

RAJAT NEGI believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • RAJAT NEGI does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the RAJAT NEGI, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Products that have been used

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for a return authorization and instructions.
3. We will facilitate pickup for the return. Customers are responsible for repacking the item and applying the return label provided by us through email.

4. Returns would attract a return fee of 200 rupees.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take some time.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [support@cricketerscrib.com] with a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue.
